Q: Can you produce a Behind-the-Scenes video for a commercial, movie, music video etc.?

A: Yes. If you have a project and budget, we have a team of producers, directors, editors and technicians standing by to make your film a reality. We have a longtime experience working with celebrities and talents and we will bring our own equipment to your set. All you have to do is to hire us.

Q: How much will my video cost?

A: We have worked with all kinds of budgets. Cost depends on the project, number of days, and crew members required to get the job done. Give us a call or send us a message with specifics of your project and we can discuss your idea, your budget and how we can work with you to get it on screen.

Q: Does FilmCocktail shoot High Definition Video?

A: Yes of course, we only shoot on High Definition, unless otherwise requested. We also offer ARRI Amira as well as DSLR cameras (Canon 5D Mark III and IV) and Canon C100/C300 that produce stunning 1080p high definition footage with the popular and often requested "film" look. The Canon 5D Mark III/IV obviously also take exceptional still photographs.

Q: How long does it take to produce a project?

A: Depending on the complexity and duration of the end product, video production can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. For many of our clients, we can get into a location, setup, shoot, and be out in a day. The post-production process requires another couple of days or weeks, depending on the length of the video, available material and whether or not original music is requested.

Q: Can my video production be used to stream on my website?

A: Absolutely. The high definition film we shoot can easily be converted for use on the web.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located in Los Angeles, California. But we also work on projects outside of Los Angeles and outside the United States.

Q: What is required to hire you?

A: For new clients, we require full payment before we release any media materials of a shoot. If a shoot is booked and cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the shoot day, cancellation expenses will be charged.

Q: What should I expect in terms of turnaround times?

A: Every project is different. Usually, projects are completed within days up to 3 months. If you require custom music or if it has to go through several approval steps, the finishing time is closer to 3 months. If your project is short and simple, you are typically looking at 1-2 weeks.
